Gun Information!
GUN PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS - 1. Only Alabama residents may purchase guns. No out of State buyers may purchase guns under federal law.
2. You must be 21 or older to purchase guns.
3. Federal law prohibits the purchase of a gun if you have a criminal record.
4. No shipping. The winning bidder must pay for and pick up the gun in person.
5. Pearce & Associates follows all local, state and federal requirements. Pearce & Associates is a licensed auction company that does not sell guns as a primary part of our business. Pearce & Associates is providing an online auction service for the seller and assumes no liability for the selling of guns.
6. Pearce & Associates shall maintain a list of all guns with serial numbers as well as information from buyers who purchase a gun through our online auction service.
