Due to the weather and out of town bidders we as Ayers Auction & Real Estate have decided that the best and most fair way to give everyone a convenient and equal opportunity to bid on this property is to conduct an online only auction.
You can bid on the property in individual tracts, in 2 separate halves, or as a whole.

Property will be offered in a total acreage tract (shown in lot 13), in 2 halves tracts(shown in lot 14 & lot 15), and also in individual tracts. If the value of the combined acreage tract is greater than the 2 halves or all the individual tracts together, the highest bidder on the total acreage tract will be declared the winner of the auction. If the value of the 2 halves tracts is greater than the combined acreage tract or all the individual tracts together, the highest bidder(s) on the 2 halves tracts will be declared the winner(s) of the auction. If the value of individual tracts combines for a greater value then the total acreage tract or the 2 halves tracts then the high bidders on the individual tracts will be declared the winner. Please be sure to monitor the auction at the end of the bidding to make sure you are still in a winning position.
