Larry "Chip" Pearce was recognized by Alabama Governor Bob Riley and the Alabama State Board of Auctioneers on January 8, for 10 years service as an Auction Board member. Pearce was appointed to the board in 1998 by Governor Fob James and re-appointed in 1993 by Governor Riley as the 6th congressional district representative.
