Dear Chip Pearce, Andrew Pearce and Associates:

I want to thank-you from the bottom of my heart for the professional, compassionate and expeditious manner in which you handled the estate of my late husband, Sam Boggan.  I truly believe that you were sent to me as a gift from God.  Sam’s estate was so vast and varied in terms of the type of items contained that it conceivably could have taken me years, tears and many, many frustrating trials and errors to liquidate his possessions.  Thankfully, Pearce and Associates came into my home, surveyed the assets on the property, took pictures, signed the contract and completed the internet auction within three weeks’ time from start to finish.  That three weeks included my being paid in full and that in turn,  allowed me to make the down payment needed to move into a house and begin the next chapter of my life without delay.  When one loses a spouse, there are so many things to deal with and liquidating Sam’s estate seemed overwhelming until Pearce and Associates was referred to me by friends.  I am so grateful to you and to God for the absolutely amazing job that Pearce and Associates did to allow me peace of mind including a financial settlement very quickly,  and all services rendered were over and above what I had dared to hope.  Your professionalism was exemplary.   Thank-you!!!  Thank-you!!! The Joint Powers Authority used the services of Pearce & Associates Auction Company to auction surplus government property at the former Fort McClellan Army base in Anniston, Alabama which closed operations in September of 1999.

The logistics of these auctions were surmountable in that we had approximately 30 buildings in different locations in which the contents remained until sold at the auction.  Other severe circumstances such as the second auction which was being held at 10:00am on September 11, 2001 proved successful even though the extreme terrorist attacks that were taking place in our country on that morning.

Our third auction which was held on November 12, 2002 completed our series of auctions with outstanding results!

The proceeds from these three auctions far exceeded our expectations with Pearce & Associates Auction Company proving to be the most professional and reliable firm during the entire process.
